I have had the please of meeting and talking to P2dahi a few times and this a good dude. I can say for a fact that he is real involved in the community and tries to do his part to help better communities and the world. Not only is he involved in many volunteer activities in Michigan (where the group hails from), but he also spent months in Africa with an organization called VVOCF and did great work out there, as well. These are the types of people we need in hip hop. For more of P2dahi's solo tracks, you can check them out here. Although I haven't met The Amature (or any of the other group members), I have checked out a couple of songs from him here. After checking out the music for both artists, it's clear that the group is very diverse and will be blending all kinds of sounds. Given this, I'm sure that the mixtape will have a variety of tracks that will appeal to everybody and that there will be songs that spread awareness as well as more fun and easy-going tracks such as "Passports."
