"Rock The Bells" Footage

Here are pictures and videos from the event. The concert was great. Artists from Common to Slaughterhouse to Big Boi to Nas were featured. Unfortunately, my camera died at the very end, so I couldn't get pictures or videos of D-Block making a surprise appearance during the Nas & Damien Marley set. I hope that you enjoy the rest of it, though.

Tech N9ne definitely put on a show. The speakers were crazy, though. You couldn't even hear anything but bass.

Supernatural spit a mean freestyle where everything he touched entered the rhyme. He went on for about another 30 seconds even after I stopped recording.

Common was out reppin' for hip hop.

Common's DJ breaks down the 10 crack commandments.

Talib made an appearance during Common's set.

Raekwon and the Wu came through as well. I have to say, nobody gets love from NY like Wu-Tang.

Method Man is a crowd favorite.

Havoc made a surprise appearance while Raekwon was on the stage.

Roots came through, as well.

Slaughterhouse had the crowd movin'. I was mad they were on the second stage. It was by chance I was able to see the perform.

Slaughterhouse gives lyrical lessons (sorry I missed out on the first part of Royce's part).

Even Ice-T came out for the festivities. He spit a lil' something, too. The video is below.

Big Boi had the crowd rockin'.

You already know KRS was in the house.

The Techa never misses and opportunity to drop some knowledge.

Escobar and Jr. Gong closed the show out. If you've never seen Nas perform, you don't know what you're missin'. This was the second time I saw him in concert, and I always have even more respect for his work after shows (as if that's even possible).

New song that will be featured on the upcoming Distant Relatives.

How ya'll feelin' about that Ice-T freestyle lol. I watch way too much Law and Order: SVU to go for the whole gangsta persona still, but the rap was aight. I'm looking forward to that Distant Relatives, too. That should be real nice. Comment on that and everything else or hit me at straightouttahiphop@gmail.com.

Peace.
